Distance Sales Agreement
This is the distance contract formed between you and the seller when you buy a Duyarim subscription through the browser. You are asked to read and accept it before completing the purchase.

The buyer is the natural person who completes the transaction with the email address and payment method provided at the time of purchase. Duyarim requires no account; the buyer is asked only for what is needed to issue the invoice: first and last name, email address, billing country, city and address, and a phone number if a subscription is being purchased.
Subject of the agreement
The subject of this agreement is to set out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and performance of the Duyarim subscription that the buyer purchases electronically through app.duyarim.com.
The parties acknowledge that they are aware of and understand Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Matters not covered by this agreement are governed by that legislation.
Description of the service
The service sold is access to the live sound amplification feature of the Duyarim app. The plans available at the time of purchase are:
- Weekly plan: renews automatically at the end of each period and continues until cancelled.
- Monthly plan: renews automatically at the end of each period and continues until cancelled.
- Lifetime access: a one-off purchase that does not renew.
The subscription covers access to live listening only. You keep access to the recordings on your device — playing them back and exporting them — even after a subscription ends.
Price
The price of the service is the amount shown on the purchase screen at the time of purchase: USD 4.99 per week, USD 12.99 per month, or a one-off USD 49.99 for lifetime access. All taxes are included; no shipping, delivery or additional service fee is charged.
The price is set in US dollars. If payment is made in Turkish lira, the amount is calculated at your bank's or card scheme's rate at the time of the transaction; exchange rate differences and any foreign transaction fee your bank may apply are outside the seller's control.
If the price changes, you are notified before the end of the current period and your approval is requested where required.
Payment
Payment is taken by credit or debit card through the iyzico infrastructure. The payment step is served by iyzico; your card details are never passed to the seller, never seen by the seller and never stored by the seller.
Every page where card details are entered is encrypted with SSL/TLS. If your card supports 3D Secure, the verification step is carried out by your bank.
If the payment is not approved by the bank, no performance obligation arises for the seller.
Performance and delivery
The service sold is digital; there is no physical shipment, delivery address or courier process. Access opens immediately once payment is approved, and the buyer can start using live listening in the same session.
If access has not opened within 30 minutes of payment approval, the buyer can report it at destek@duyarim.com; if the problem cannot be resolved, the payment is refunded. Details are in the delivery and refund terms.
Right of withdrawal
Under article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form and for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
The Duyarim subscription falls within that scope: access opens the moment payment is approved and the service is deemed performed. The buyer completes the purchase after reading and confirming this on the purchase screen.
That said, if the service cannot be used at all or does not work as described, your rights in respect of defective performance are reserved; in that case the route described in the delivery and refund terms applies.
On automatically renewing plans, cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date means no charge for the next period.
Obligations
The parties agree that:
- The seller is obliged to provide the service as described in this agreement and to resolve access problems within a reasonable time.
- The buyer confirms that the information given at checkout is correct and that they are authorised to use the payment method.
- The buyer agrees to use the app for their own personal listening, and not to reverse engineer it, modify it or attempt to bypass its safety limits.
Disputes
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction up to the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts above those limits.
The buyer may first send complaints and objections to destek@duyarim.com; enquiries are usually answered within 48 hours.
Entry into force
At the purchase step, the buyer confirms having read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement is deemed formed electronically once payment is approved, and a copy is sent to the email address the buyer gave at checkout.
